Where can I find the newest download for Acer Video Player? I am on a E5-511P Acer laptop. Running Windows 8.1. Need any other info? Please tell me where do I find the download link. I am running 1.00.2014.4 from like 2014. Is there any newer updates since then?

Typically, the download should be located on the main Acer Drivers' website. If you can't find Acer Video Player on the Downloads page, then the only way to obtain it is by restoring your laptop to factory condition.
This is also specified on support forums at Acer. I recommend you visit that page as well. I am also positive that you can find other media players that are more advanced.

The application comes bundled with Acer products. There is no website or URL to use in order to download it on your computer/laptop. If you have the CDs from your laptop, then you should find the software on those CDs. There is no other way to download the application.
Additionally, contact the Acer Support and explain them about this inquiry. They will provide further details on how to acquire or if it's possible to acquire it or not.
